Services Provided
We offer luxury transportation services in Taiwan. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend bookings be made 72 hours before service to ensure availability.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access secure areas without authorization.
Payments & Cancellations
Payments must be completed 24 hours before service, except where an order is placed within 24 hours and availability confirmed, in which case the payment should accompany the order for the booking to be effective. Subject to a processing fee, any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
Liability
We strive to provide safe, timely services. However, we’re not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your information and only collect what’s necessary to serve you.
